Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions related to EightyFive Development products and services, including our Shopify Apps WhatWali, CodShield, SellableHQ, and Kountli (when available), Shopify Themes, and custom development work.

2. Shopify App Subscriptions (WhatWali, CodShield, SellableHQ, Kountli)

• Billing: Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing on a recurring basis according to the plan you select in-app or on the Shopify App Store.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time from Shopify Admin (Settings → Apps / billing) or within the App’s billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by Shopify or applicable law.
• Trials: Where a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Refund requests: For billing errors or exceptional cases, contact cs@eightyfive.cloud within 14 days of the charge with your shop domain, app name (WhatWali, CodShield, SellableHQ, or Kountli), and receipt details. Approvals are at our discretion and may also depend on Shopify’s billing rules.
• Free plans: Free / Pulse tiers have no subscription fee to refund.

3. Custom Development & Agency Services

Custom project deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where agreed in writing in your statement of work. Unused prepaid retainers may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

4. Themes

Theme purchases are typically final once files or licenses are delivered, unless defective and we cannot provide a reasonable fix. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for defect claims.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email cs@eightyfive.cloud or support@eightyfive.cloud with: your name, shop domain, product (WhatWali / CodShield / SellableHQ / Kountli / Theme / Project), date of charge, and reason for the request.
